Thought it would be relevant here, because he talks about permission marketing, and also gives some "fire and brimstone" advice to the uber-nerds in the audience. He warns them not to sit on their butts, and that technology’s biggest strength is that it merely "gives them a shot at marketing." Good stuff, especially if you run a software or technology business. Hmm, I definitely would have removed the carpal tunnel wrist thingy before speaking. Or do you think it was intentional for his audience?
