New Customer Story: A Book Apart

A Book Apart publishes "brief books for people who make websites." They’re useful, engaging, and perfectly digestible at around 100 pages—we’d expect nothing less from A List Apart‘s Jeffrey Zeldman, Mandy Brown and Jason Santa Maria.

Josh and I went to New York to talk to A Book Apart’s founders, as well as The Elements of Content Strategy writer Erin Kissane, about the unique position of publishing books for web people. In a new customer story, Mandy explains that A Book Apart’s model isn’t as traditional as it might seem, and Jeffrey explains who exactly these "people who make websites" are. Erin talks about how the founders invest in their writers on every level, and Jason goes into some of his design decisions. These guys love what they do, and that’s what our customer stories are all about.
