We’re currently working on MailChimp v3.2. Along with a few other really cool features, we’re going to have translated versions of our entire opt-in process (signup forms, welcome emails, error messages—everything) in the following languages:
- French (European)
- Portuguese (Brazilian)
- Spanish (Latin American)
Those are the languages our customers have been asking for the most. Any other requests?
Please chime in below with comments. We may be able to work more translations into this release if we get enough suggestions soon enough.
And speaking of MailChimp traveling abroad: Natalya Kungurtseva, a very nice artist from Kazakhstan, sends us "Frederick von Chimpenheimer IV Travels The World" (we turned her beautiful artwork into a .MOV slideshow).
Update: Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Spanish (EU), Hindi, and French (Canadian) have been added to the list.
[Update 12-28-2010] – If you don’t see your language, and you’d like to help contribute, here’s a translation form
