If you’re a web designer who manages lots of different MailChimp accounts for your clients, keeping track of all your client login/password info could be a real chore.
Not anymore! We just launched the MailChimp Keychain.
Here’s how it works…
Do you manage a MailChimp account for a client or boss? Maybe you’re an inhouse web developer, and the sales team keeps asking you for “those mail monkey thingy stats.” Ever wish you could send them a campaign report without giving them full access to the MailChimp account? Done.
We just launched our re-brandable campaign reports feature. We’re calling it “VIP Reports.”
Here’s how it works…
Ok, so by now you should know that we host all your campaign archives for free on MailChimp. And you probably knew that you can embed your archives on your own website.
Well, we’ve just added one more option for your archives (if you’ve got our cool Archive Toolbar in place).
Campaign Archives via RSS:
Whenever you send a MailChimp campaign, we automatically create and host an online archive of it (btw, have you seen the archive toolbar?).
Problem is, there are pieces of your email campaigns that you probably don’t want to show on a public archive. Like “Dear <<FNAME>>” or an Unsubscribe link, or maybe even an expiring promo code.
There’s a new merge tag we just launched that lets you hide certain content in your email campaigns whenever displayed as an online archive…
As previously reported, you can now pass MailChimp subscriber data back to your Highrise or Salesforce CRM. Here’s what it looks like in Highrise:
So if your sales team wants to call a customer about a new widget, they can check and see if that customer has opened or clicked on the newsletter about that widget.
But wait, there’s more.
