In a nutshell, you can&#8217;t just give your subscriber list to an advertiser to <a href="http://blog.mailchimp.com/rant-how-to-sound-like-a-spammer/" title="How to sound like a spammer">&#8220;blast&#8221;</a> whatever they want to your list.
