I've now got a little project for my Holiday break. Planning on doing a little "come back to us" email to the 2 start folks and then pruning the dead weight from there. I hadn't thought of using a segment, I'll definitely be using that so I can pad my stats. :) Keep the subscriber rate high, but boost my open/CTR! Rick’s post rocks.
