I am curious as to how the Eventbrite 360 reports work and how do you set them up? Can you set them up by event? by time period? Do you use a web service to send emails via SMTP or use an RSS feed? Please advise. I am very interested in using this feature for our Eventbrite account and our events.
Hi Mike, First, you’d need to integrate Eventbrite with your MailChimp account. Once you have that, it’s just a matter of how to send your Eventbrite invitation through MailChimp. Once it’s sent, you’d just login to your MailChimp account, click on reports, view the report for that particular campaign, and click on advanced. It’ll appear a bit different from how you see it here, but the information will remain the same.
