First you look at from name, and as long as it&#039;s recognized, then you move onto the subject and decide to open or not.Also I don&#039;t think it matters so much if you&#039;re a mega brand or a small business. Perhaps initially, but as long as you build your reputation as a company that always sends relevant, compelling emails, subscribers will want to open them.
