Batchbook is “the CRM that knows the business of social.” It’s kinda like Salesforce, but for small business. I’ve been tinkering with it, and it’s a delight to work with.
Their dashboard is nicely laid out, so I can see my “things to do” and quickly enter new contacts and log communications (you know, if I were important enough to have to do such things). It’s all really simple and fast. WebWorkerDaily has a nice review of Batchbook, and I totally agree re: the “Super Tags” feature. Awesome.
If you’re looking for an easy-to-use CRM for your small business, you should give Batchbook a try.
Especially because Batchbook just announced they’ve integrated their service with MailChimp.
I setup my own Batchbook account and linked it over to my MailChimp list in about 1 minute. It was reee-DICULOUS-ly easy (and a little fun).
It’s great to hear you are doing integrations with CRM, do you have an ETA for SalesForce next?
@Keith – Our API team is officially working on it now. ETA? Probably Jan or Feb 2009 because we don’t want to push out too many upgrades during the hectic holiday season. We’re looking at other CRMs too.
It would be also great for SugarCRM. We are SugarCRM partner and we love to introduce this to our clients when its there.
we would LOVE integration with Sage Sales Logix. =)
we love you. lots.
Any news on SalesLogix integration, this would be awesome!
Have you got any plans to integrate with 37signals highrise?
You guys kick ass
@Scott – yes, integration with highrise is already in the works (technically, it’s done from what I’m hearing from the API team). However, we can’t launch anymore significant upgrades until we’re past the holiday season. Have to keep everything niiiiiiiice and stable, which is why our last big upgrade was mainly server and load balancing stuff. Highrise integration will most likely go live mid-late January 09, along with other major CRM integrations.
Hi, we would love to see integration with SugarCRM!
Do you have any plans on integrating MailChimp with Sage SalesLogix?
