I am running Windows Vista-64 bit with AVG 9.0 Anti-Virus. I was having an initial HIE5 installation problems where it ran the install up to giving my name and e-mail address and just stopped. Problem Solution for Me: Turned off my AVG firewall (Prior to Shutdown-Don't know if this matters, but it worked) I shut down my computer and rebooted. With no other programs opened I ran the downloaded HIE5 install program.
